WHEN IS THE NEXT CONTEST?

We will have two submission periods in which students may enter their art on the home page. The first period is from October 1 to November 30, 2024, and the second period will be from March 1 to April 15, 2025. 

The judging of artwork submitted in both periods will be completed in late April and the winners will be announced by April 30th.

We are working with state climate organizations and local chapters of national organizations in Texas to build awareness, and we will have a pilot program at a school in The Woodlands which is adding the contest to its curricula.

Our Climate Champions Ambassador program is a new initiative in which students who are passionate about climate advocacy meet with their school’s administration, art teachers, librarians and students to create awareness of the contest.
